The terms that apply when you use CareBlueprint or purchase our reports.
These terms govern your use of careblueprint.co.uk and any report, dataset, or other product you purchase from CareBlueprint. By using this site or purchasing a CareBlueprint product, you agree to these terms.
CareBlueprint reports, the data supplement, and all related materials are independent research products. They are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or care-placement advice. CareBlueprint scores measure information alignment between public review data and CQC regulatory outcomes — they do not assess the quality of care provided by any home, and should not be the sole basis for any care placement decision. Always verify a home's current CQC rating directly at cqc.org.uk before making a decision.
All payments for city reports, the data supplement, and any other paid product are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Access to digital products is normally granted immediately on successful payment.
Because our reports and data products are digital and delivered instantly on purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, except where the product is faulty, materially incomplete, or not as described. If you believe this applies to your purchase, contact info@careblueprint.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
All CareBlueprint reports, datasets, and website content are the intellectual property of CareBlueprint, except for CQC data used under the Open Government Licence v3.0, which is acknowledged throughout. When you purchase a report or dataset, you are granted a personal or single-organisation licence to use it for your own research, advisory, or decision-making purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or make CareBlueprint's paid content available to third parties without our prior written permission.
CareBlueprint takes reasonable care to ensure the data underlying its reports is accurate as at the date of collection, but this is a point-in-time snapshot study and we make no warranty that the information remains current or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareBlueprint excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our reports, data, or website content, except where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase or use of the site.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@careblueprint.co.uk or via our contact form.
